2015 October Festivities Overview!

Cranberry Harvest Tours:
Glacial Lake Cranberries Harvest Tours started September 23 but are going on till October 22. The tours are offered Monday through Friday at 10:30 and 1:30 and on Saturdays at 10, 11, 1, and 2 o'clock. Reservations are required. Fees/Admission: $20 per adult, $10 per child 4-18, children under 4 are free.

Halloween Hustle:
October 3 @ Red Sands Beach, Lake Wazeecha 
Anytime Fitness presents... Halloween Hustle 5K fun run and walk
Join us for a spooktacular time for our 1st annual Halloween Hustle 5k Fun Run!
In addition to the fun run:
*Costume contest
*Prizes and drawings
*Music and food 
*Games for all ages
All proceeds to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Central Wisconsin

Nekoosa Pumpkin Fest:
October 3 - October 4 at Riverside Park, Nekoosa
Fall festival that the entire family can enjoy! Events include Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off, crafts, great food, pumpkin pie eating contest, great pumpkin bake-off, carnival rides, antique tractor show, classic car show, giant pumpkin drop, and more!
Fees/Admission: $3 per person, children 8 & under free

Haunted House:
Held October 22 through 30 at the WR Community Theatre's Studio Theater at the east end of the Rapids Mall. Be ready to scream, jump and hang on to your friends as you weave your way through the various rooms of our Haunted School House. Beware -one time through won't be enough! Fees/Admission: $5 each time through
