Two More Days Until Cranberry Blossom Festival!


             As you all know Cranberry Blossom Festival is coming very soon. There will be many activities for you and your family/friends to do. To help you stay informed about Cranberry Blossom Festival and all the events that will take place, below is a list of just a few events and some information that can be helpful to you.

2nd Annual Chalk it Up (Thursday, June 18)

This year’s theme is “The Wizard of Oz”! This fun and interactive event is open to artists of all ages and abilities. Participants will be assigned a space in which to create their artwork. Chalk will be provided, but it’s encouraged that you being your own materials to add variety. Teams are allowed and encouraged. It’s high recommend to register in advance. Advance tickets are only available for a limited time. Registration on-site the day of the event is possible if there are spaces available.

June Dairy and Berry Breakfast (Friday, June 19)

Hosted by Agri-Business Committee of Heart of Wisconsin, LHS FFA Chapter, and the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. Join us for a wonderful breakfast consisting of pancakes, sausages, cranberry juice, coffee, milk, ice cream sundaes and more! Pricing: Adults $7.00, kids ages 5-12 $5.00 and kids 4 and under are FREE!


Cranberry Blossom Festival Carnival (June 19 through 21)

Throughout the whole weekend of Cranberry Blossom Festival adults, families and kids of all ages can enjoy carnival rides, games and food at the Cranberry Blossom Carnival! Ticket prices are $1.25 or 10 for $10. Wristband specials available: Friday 4pm to 9pm - $20 per person, Saturday 11am to 3pm - $15 per person/5pm to 9pm - $15 per person, Sunday 12pm to 5pm - $20 per person.

Urbans Greenhouse Garden Party (Saturday, June 20)
           
            Urbans Greenhouse Garden Party focuses on the creativity and the joy of gardening with hands on workshops, vendors, food and fun. Go to www.urbansgreenhouse.com for more information and schedule of the workshops.

Festival Eats and Treats (Saturday, June 20)

            Hosted by the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. You will find something to satisfy every appetite with the assorted food and beverage selections available. Many vendors featuring cranberry treats! The Festival Eats and Treats are adjacent to the Arts, Crafts and Cranberries Fair.

5th Annual “Cruise-In” Car Show (Saturday, June 20)

            Hosted by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 101. “Cruise-In” Car Show with dash plaques awarded to all participants! No entry fee. There will be food and other vendors available on grounds.

University of Wisconsin Marching Band 5th Quarter (Sunday, June 21)

            After the parade head on over to Witter Field to enjoy the well-known 5th Quarter performance from the members of the University of Wisconsin!

Wisconsin Rapids Aqua Skiers Show Team Performance (Sunday June 21)

            The Wisconsin Rapids Aqua Skiers Show Team presents, “There’s An App for that… in 3D”.  From barefoot skiing backwards to the final pyramid you will be entertained and amazed on and off the water. Finish out a great Cranberry Blossom Festival weekend by coming to watch this FREE show at their Wisconsin River Site located about ¼ mile down from Anchor Bay. Bleacher seating is available.
